What to Expect
Cozy, book-filled days up in the mountains
Cozy, word-filled days with your fellow writers. Shared meals in a kitchen built for group cooking. Optional group writing sessions, or take yourself off to a quiet nook. Evenings by the fire, in the hot tub, or over a pool table game. Time to explore Rocky Mountain National Park and downtown Estes Park. Stargazing from the deck — the low light pollution up here makes for incredible night skies.

4WD / AWD required
Snow tires or AWD needed for icy November mountain roads.
Mountain weather
Freezing temps, possible snow. Pack layers, warm socks & slippers.
Check-in & out
In after 4:00 PM, out before 11:00 AM. Max 10 guests.
Cancellation
Free before Oct 17, partial refund before Nov 9.
Safety & property
Two exterior security cameras, carbon monoxide & smoke alarms, and electronic keypad entry.
Heating note
The home is fully heated, but expansive windows can make main living areas cooler than usual.
